The site gave me a great choice of Hotels and prices at my prefered destination. I have booked three times with alpharooms now and am confident that i received the best service possible. I am a single lady so I do depend on the reliability of the agent to take the worry out of traveling alone. With alpharooms all the documentation is so straight forward.
The only dissapointment was the shuttle service which took so long to get to my hotel due to the number of drops he had; but I must admit it was so much cheaper than the Taxi and I was impatient to start my Holiday. I can't blame alpharooms for that.
