The service received was appalling, I would never use again. Worker was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I contacted the agency to request a refund as my father had an accident, ended up in Intensive Care as such could no longer travel. They were contacted in good time and provided with evidence of the hospital admission. I requested the company’s policy on refunds and was told this did not exist. The worker then went on to offer a refund verbally and when asked to put this in writing, he refused. He could explain how he reached this figure. I eventually received a partial refund weeks later which was much higher than the one initially offered.

We booked 4 tickets through them to fly with Lufthansa to Abuja, Nigeria. They continued to collect the instalments for our ticket despite being told by Lufthansa that they were only going to prioritise travellers who paid for their ticket in full while those who paid in instalments will be treated on a first come first serve basis. Essentially between them and Lufthansa, they over sold the airline tickets and ended up selling tickets for seats that did not exist. We made our final payment last week Wed 30th November only to be told on 7th Dec that the 4 seats are not available. This is 2 weeks before we are meant to travel. Just to make you understand how abhorrent this is, we started paying in instalments in August and the final payment was in Nov. Apparently they were given the news by Lufthansa in September and they chose not to share it with us. We were essentially left with no tickets after we also incurred a £400 fee for travel documents to Nigeria. They ruined our Christmas, the kids were really looking forward to going to Nigeria for the first time and spending time with their grandmother. Now we are going to start the battle of a refund. Absolutely terrible service and I would not touch them with a badge pole. The Citizens Advice Bureau said that they should be done for 'Breach of contract'.

Found this company online and booked a fare they were advertising to Auckland NZ. They took my money then sent an email saying the flight wasn't available and offered another one. This wasn't acceptable so tried calling them but their advertised number just went to voice mail and they never returned calls. A eventually they agreed to refund my money and a week later I'm still waiting for a refund!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE VERY DODGY!!

Surely reviews can go beyond a star, anyhow went on their web site, picked my flight paid my money £769 got confirmation .... later the same day I received email advising me that I have to pay £920 (apparently the tickets for £769 are sold) for the same ticket I confirmed and paid earlier, my order got cancelled, and 5 words email to say I will get a refund (no hi, bye, we are sorry etc etc), I did call .. 20 min on the phone, no answer! If you want to be messed around and experience non-existent customer service then Allison Brothers is your go to place. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, support the local tradesman what a joke and mistake I did...
