Great service resulting in a fantastic trip

We recently planned a self drive trip to Cuba with All About Tailor-Made Travel and are really impressed with the holiday, and the easy process of organising it. Not knowing a huge amount about Cuba before booking, we were keen to get advice on the best location and the more cost-effective options for the holiday. We'd given a really tight budget and some very tricky specifications which I wasn't expecting to be met however, at no point in the process were we told our request wasn't possible, and we were confident everything was done to make it happen (even down to tricky car hire bookings). Communication was frequent and helpful throughout, and the reps assigned to us once we landed in Havana were all available and really obliging which resulting in some great tours and nights out.

Overall, the choice of accommodation across the 2 weeks was great, although I think addresses and locations could have been a bit clearer on the print outs we were sent, and we received tips on apps and recommendations beforehand too which all make the experience easier.

We ended the holiday at an all inclusive resort which, sadly, was a bit big and busy for us and in hindsight we would have chosen somewhere different. But that's more a case of personal preference than quality!

We had a fun, eclectic and cultural trip and are really pleased with the service we received.
