“Rude staff and poor customer service”

Staff member started shouting at me followed by his manager defending his actions when I had queries about my booking and their extremely limited terms and conditions page. “Take your money and then don't honour your booking”

“Cheapest is not always best - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

This sham of an Agency changed our return ticket date 2 months after we booked and paid for it (by 3 days !) without our permission - we only spotted this shortly before leaving for our holiday. They refused to accept responsibility, but it turned out they hadn't booked the return flights quickly enough with the airline. So we had to take 2 extra days off work and pay for more accommodation. “Slow to respond and refusing to cancel the ticket!”

I realised that I wont be able to make the flight due to visa restriction so I emailed customer service to amend or cancel the ticket. They refused to give me options to amend or even cancel it. “My experience was bad wih them ”

I booked a tickey and paid for it, then they wanted me to send copies of my drivers livense, passport or other personal Information to prove I was who I said I was before final confirmation of booking. I refused and they said, ok just send proof of address. I did and they changed my booking, sending me through a different country, overnight stay etc. I was able to get a full refund only because I reluctantly agreed to accept the change and legaly they couldn't sell me a ticket under duress… Read Full Review

“Terrible and stressful experience”

Money was taken without issuing ticket. Still awaiting refund following many calls and emails. Staff unhelpful and rude! Considering they have taken your money without providing the service you paid for they have no sympathy or all!! It has been several weeks now and it's starting to feel hopless. Do not under any circumstance buy a ticket from these people. I booked a flight and did not receive an e ticket so I e mailed them - no reply. I then called them several times and they said yes, your booking is confirmed and your ticket is in a queue to be issued. If you look at any that have been posted recently, they're all bad. Clearly a slew of fake reviews were posted by friends of the company in 2013 and this review too, and anyone who has actually used them has given them 1 star. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This is hands-down the worst company I have dealt with in my life. Rude and obstructive staff. Constantly being passed round on the phone, put on hold, "accidentally" hung up on etc etc. No replies to e-mailed queries. This is the worst booking experience I have ever encountered in my life.They re-divert you to different people, informing me accounts and customer services don't work together, which is absolutely nonsense. What happened and what are you doing about it. I'm in the same situation as you right now. I booked my tickets and paid for it however, I did not receive my booking confirmation through email. I keep calling them and they tell me to wait. I'm worried that I might have been tricked.

They did the same to me. Sent an e-mail to be asking for credit card details. Informed me booking can't proceed without completing the form. Next day, 500 pounds deducted from my account. Rang many times, still waiting. Will get lawyer to deal with them
