This sham of an Agency changed our return ticket date 2 months after we booked and paid for it (by 3 days !) without our permission - we only spotted this shortly before leaving for our holiday. They refused to accept responsibility, but it turned out they hadn't booked the return flights quickly enough with the airline. So we had to take 2 extra days off work and pay for more accommodation. They are happy to lie, not return emails, and even have the cheek to take issue when unhappy customers complain. AIR TRAVEL EXPERTS / HOLIDAY MOOD - shame on you.
