Don't book here cheating & lying

We booked flight on mid December still not get E ticket yet till 30/1/17 after booked that date on December 2016 we try to contact ask for e-ticket they said we will get first week after new year and waiting still nothing then contact again asked the same question where our e-ticket they sent us confirmation and invoice + Atol certificate we booked for Emirates airline and we keep contact about e-ticket they keep talk about Atol certificate don't worry but we will get e-ticket by end of January 2017 and 30/1/2017 we called them ask again they said mistake our flight haven't book but we can offer you another Airline with Jet Airline and we don't want we want our money back they talk about we must email to ask for refund but we not do that because when we booked flight next day them took the money straight away why not give us back straight same too.we email cheap flight to let them know have bad company like this on their site.
