I am writing on behalf of my Father. My father booked a round trip flight on United through Airtkt. From Dallas to Antigua and Barbuda. 1. He got rerouted to Canada and had to overnight in Canada. He eventually landed in Antigua. 2. On the day he was to return via United also, HE WAS NOT BOOKED ON THE FLIGHT. He had to remain on the island for 3 more days and had to purchase two flights to get back to Dallas. *We tried calling your online number multiple times and remain on hold for upwards of 10 minutes. *The online chat button on your website takes you nowhere. *I requested a call back on your website on Saturday, and today Wednesday, we still have not had a call back. *We checked the United website with the confirmation number and there is no flight booked from Antigua to New Jersey, where he should have caught the next leg of the trip. I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME, IMMEDIATELY, PLEASE.

They offer cheap tickets, send you a notification that your flight has been cancelled. You have to call and request a refund. Weeks later they call with a sketchy process to go through to receive a partial refund. They claim they need to keep a portion of the cost for a non-refundable booking fee. I reported them on the department of transportation site. We'll see what happens.

Very bad experience Very bad experience, I canceled tickets worth of $388 with email for future credit, and when I asked to book tickets which are worth of $312, they charged me $388+$166 additional saying rebook charge, etc for just economy ticket Never ever trust this site, they charge plenty time in credit card, I checked they charged me 7 times and credited 5 times and when i emailed them the details then after they rebooked my tickets

Booked flight and had to delay due to covid. Original cost $1,200.00 Todays cost for same flight $1,100.00 They are demanding additional $800.00 When asked to give details of additional cost, answer was, That's the cost. Called multiple other times are given same answer. I emailed asking for breakdown along with copy of current airline cost from web. The email reply was the same, That's the cost. Stay away from this company!

I don’t know where to even begin. Not only did they hang up on us, they also booked a flight on a day that the airline wasn’t flying out. To change the flight we had to pay an extra fee. Then on the day we have to leave, we come to find out we have no seats due to overbooking and are kicked with no refund or a change of date for another (never fly with Ethiopian airline). Then we proceed to call them to let them know what happened. They being greedy as they are want to charge us over $300 for a new ticket. Never again!

So I was so excited to get a great deal on airtxt. Then united airlines changed my flight and I got an email from airtxt letting me know my trip changed and to confirm or I would lose my flight. I confirmed my flight thinking that was my only option not to happy. my flights now are worse with now a 6 hour layover. Then 2 days later we got a bill for $175 for reissuing us our tickets. I called and asked what happened they told me that they had to charge for my flights. BUT this was not my choice and the airlines switched me and I had to pay them for worse flights. They said I could have called if I didn’t like the changes But nowhere did it say that in the email.I am now terrified that they will do this again to us before we end up flying out. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! They are extremely Difficult to work with and not understanding. In the end great tickets may not have paid off at all!

BUYER BEWARE: I give it a less than one star rating Booked airline tickets with AIRTKT. All went well until they had me confirm the travel dates. Original travel dates booked and paid for were for 4/04/21 - 4/10/21. Got my confirmation from AIRTKT for travel dates of 4/07/21 - 4/10/21. They refused to correct travel dates. They wanted me to: Either rebook the flight at a much higher cost with a cancellation fee Keep the wrong travel dates or Cancel. I canceled the trip with AIRTKT & rebooked directly with the Airlines. Called my credit card company & disputed all charges. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. LOOK AT ALL REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING.

True rating less than 1 star Purchased tickets and insurance on 11/12/2019 with a departure date of 8/6/2020, Filled out and faxed Cancellation (Due to COVID 19) paperwork and received Confirmation #813D01147 on 4/2/2020. 2nd confirmation was received on 4/9/2020. on 6/12/2020 received another emal stating the received documents. On 8/26/2020 and 2/2/2020 received emails stating " We wanted to update you that your claim is in process, and we sincerely apologize for the delay" Delay? it's been 9 months since i canceled well with in the 24 before. my friend also booked the same flight and canceled the same time and is having the same problem. So if you don't mind this go for it but i will never use them again or recommend them I will deal directly with the airline.

“BUYER BEWARE ”

Worse company. Bought tickets for my son at 3pm. Per them should have received an email with details within 1-5 business hours. Ha what a joke. Emailed them at 10:30p that night got a "being processed" email. The next morning still no confirming email. So me being the person I am cause I don't play bout my money and I'm petty too. 1. Called from my cell phone-never answered on hold 45minutes 2. Sent email requesting email confirmation. 3. Called from landline-circuts busy unable to complete call 4. Another email demanded email confirmation. 5. Contacted bank to begin a dispute case 6. Sent 2 contact emails via their website informing them of my dispute case 7. Just for giggles phoned again from my cell phone on hold. 8. Reported them to the FCC 9. Sent them an email informing them of this and demanding my money back and I didn't even want the ticket 10. Did a chat notification, just for giggles, restating that I filed a dispute with my bank and reported them to the FCC. 11. Contacted every site that they popped up on and reported them and what I had to do( about 5 different sites) 12. Changed my original review sharing what I'd done, dispute, FCC, contacting other sites, etc. 13. Round about 2ish I get my email with the airline confirmation including the reservation reference number. Best believe I checked the reservation to make it was legit. They got the right one when they tried it with me. I don't play bout my money. To sum it up. They are awful, dusty, crusty, no communication, and just plain bad. Do not use them. Stick with Priceline, Orbitz, Expedia, you know the old standards.

“Double billed for one ticket, added extra fees”

Purchased ticket on United Airlines, my credit card billed twice--one for airtkt, once for United. Extra service fees and "services" added. Customer service agents struggle with English--not their fault--so difficult to communicate. Probably by design... Suggest dealing directly with United et al. I notice Delta, my usual airline, does not deal with this outfit.

DO NOT USE AIRTKT... I have never had an experience like this. You pay for your ticket online and you have to wait who knows how long for them to email you your eticket. BEWARE....I am still waiting for a ticket I purchased 4 hours ago. Is this even legal??? This might end up in court...a word to the wise.

I booked and paid for two Tickets in Premium Economy Class to Europe, turns out when it was time for me to select my seats they booked me in regular economy. I have been making calls and emailing with their supervisor who has promised me a partial refund. I do not accept that I have to pay 300.00 ticket to cancel what is not my fault.... But, after many weeks I still have ZERO refunded to my CC and the person I dealt with has stopped returning my contacts... 3,400.00 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

AirTkt airline reservations. RT flight Sea/Madrid. First time to use AirTkt. Return flight is cancelled. Contacted them to rebook a flight. 15 days of their stalling. The person I dealt with from Airtkt made an an alternate booking, provided Eticket number/Airline conf code. Said "You will receive the airline confirmation by email in 24hrs." After 48hrs I contacted Airtkt, the fellow said "sorry sorry, you'll have it in the morning." Nothing. Waited 24hrs. Contacted them again and a lady says I see your reservation, wait 72 hours for a confirmation email." I said "airlines confirm a booking in 24hrs, usually less. Airtkt told me this same story twice last week, nothing happened. What happens if I don't hear from you guys on Wednesday? The operator provided me with a phone number/ext to call on Monday, then hung up. Monday I will call Airtkt, I anticipate another stall and no action. Then I'll call my bank and dispute the charge, and then buy new tickets. Silly business.... following the example set by trump. Say anything to make a buck, lie, then screw the "mark." A parasite. Fortunately my bank will refund the funds. Airtkt is bad, avoid them and run away to a reputable company.

“The worst experience ”

I booked at a cheap fare. 3 days later I got an email that said my reservation did not go through. They had already sent me a confirmation. I called and after holding for a very long time that I no longer had a reservation. I went ahead and booked with the airline for same flight and paid $140 more. Then the next day Airtkt called me my flight is good.. They left a message. I called back and was told that flight was not available. I am over it! Better to pay extra and have secure reservations.

You can call them 24/7 !!!!! Yeah right but only in your dreams. they don't like to talk on the phone and when they do (maybe) they are rude as aggression is the best defense. Stupid me I booked with them Miami to Munich. They called back at 8 P.M. my office. Nobody was there of course. They left a message to call back which I did next day. Over 4 hours I tried without a result! 2 days later they email a so called e-ticket and one hour later they cancelled the booking! My credit card payment will be refunded but it will take up to 2 billing circles to get the money back. They try to fool you with their credit card application to make you think the Airline is charging you directly. Your bank statement will show the amount as merchant the Airline and the mark "amount may change" waiting for final amount from merchant. Summary for doing business with them: YOU'LL HAVE NO TICKET & NO MONEY It would be on time the DA in LA looks in their business and shuts them down. BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE A BUCK - IT WILL NOT HAPPEN WITH THEM. One more surprise: if you complain the female starts first baby talking to you and you get disconnected a couple times. The next step she starts some gibberish pseudo indian english.

Please DO NOT do business with this company. Having to wait over an hour on the phone to talk to someone and then they are not able to help you.Was told that someone would contact me never happened. I usually don't do reviews but I don't want anyone to go through the hell I did. PLEASE stay away from this company.

I purchased my tickets 8 months prior to my trip which was my honeymoon. When I arrived to the airport the gentlemen at the counter politely said our tickets were cancelled because AirTkt kept trying to reserve our flight so many times that the US Airways computer system just blocked the reservation attempt. AirTkt told me that it was out of their hands because the tickets were confirmed and for me to contact the airline itself. US Airways was kind enough to find us flights to our island destination TWO later after our original date and after standing at the ticket counter for four hours. I contacted AirTkt multiple times but I just got emails from somebody saying that the tickets were confirmed on their end but that is just a LIE. Never purchase your tickets from this company they are unreliable and will take your money as well as leave you stranded.

“No customer service”

We had to change our flight reservation and after hours on hold over multiple days no one picked up. My wife is still on hold as I write. Never never never book through them.

I booked my flight from San Francisco to Hong Kong and I got the San Francisco to Hong Kong Reference Number 7XCHSZ back. I need to know if my trip is set for June 21th to leave and Aug 24th to return? How can I find this information out? I am getting conflicting respond. Thank you in advance
