Everything seemed legit, until I clicked 'Purchase". I got a 'Booking Error" and had to call customer service. They then sent an email asking the cardholder to verify the purchase in order to get an Eticket. Part of the verification was to not dispute the charge with a credit card company. We verified the purchase, and still havent received an E-ticket confirmation. Phone customer service is TERRIBLE. They actually hang up on you. I can't say enough horrible things about this place. Someone needs to look into this company. I better eventually get my ticket. I will keep calling customer service. BTW there are only 1 and 5 star reviews. Fishy.
