WORST DECISION EVER!

“WORST DECISION EVER!”

Absolutely, 100% the WORST decision I have ever made! The 24 hr
customer service is rude, hangs up, and when I tried calling several
times and I wasn't waiting for 20 minutes(then hung up on), I would
get someone on the phone and they would then immediately place me on
hold. They are all absolutely terrible. When I saw the prices I
thought this site was too good to be true, and then I realized I was
right. No one over the phone could help me and when I finally got
through they told me that my flight had already been cancelled and
that there was nothing they could do about it, except put me on a more
expensive flight. I'm traumatized, I will never EVER give any service
to Airtkt again as long as I live, and anyone I know won't either.
Thank you, btw, Airtkt, for ruining the only vacation that I get in
during the year.
