I have called this organizations customer service at least 30 times in order to get my refund back. According to their specialists, it usually takes 30 to 40 business days. It's been 4 months! I still don't have my money refunded to my account. I've requested to talk to a supervisor or manager every single time I called and they're never available. If you paid by credit card, request a chargeback from your bank, you will be waiting forever otherwise. As you can see there is a pattern of promises which amount to nothing.

Reported in the press today, 22nd October, that the UK branch of Air Fast Tickets was placed in administration last week at the High Court. This suggests any further attempt at getting a refund from the company is pointless. Everyone should now go to their credit card issuers and make claims, that is the only way you will ever see your money

“Waiting 5 months for a refund, still not come through :(”

I booked a flight for £352.24 in May and got it cancelled on the same day as I realised the dates were wrong. I was told that I wouldn't get charged, but the airline charged my account anyway. I have repeatedly emailed, called, emailed, called, over and over and over again, being told the refund of my money (which they should not have taken in the first place) would be coming through in '10 working days', or 'soon', but it never came and it still hasn't come! In Feb 2014 I booked a hotel reservation for my wife and I, a wedding anniversary celebration weekend. I was told I will be refunded partially after 30 working days. it has been more than more than 4 months now and I have not received the money. I've had the exact same issue :( I'm losing hope I'll ever get the money back. I cancelled my flight immediately after booking and they told me my account wouldn't be charged, but it was anyway.

The news reports I've been reading don't look good.

Why should everyone want to lie about them? They failed to pay the airlines 45 million Euros for tickets issued up to 17th June and despite promises, have never paid the outstanding debts. That means they had to find another company to issue tickets and allegedly they failed to pay the airlines this month. You may think it is trustworthy but many others do not

When we tried to add a bag we found AFT had cancelled our flights. No notification from AST. AFT failed to rebook us before our take off time or the same day despite availability. Don't waste your time and money on legal proceedings. If they can't pay for the tickets in the first place, and they owe 45 million Euros to the airlines, they won't repay you either. Contact your card issuer (bank) and ask for a chargeback

“No refund from Airfast after 100+ days of cancellation”

I booked 3 tickets ( 2 for my parents and 1 for my mother in law) through air fast. I planned them to attend my daughters dance ceremony. My dad fell sick and admitted into ICU. Luckily he survived with CHF condition, Doctors strictly told him not to travel and 1 person should take care of him all the time. This should be a claim on travel insurance, airlines do not typically refund tickets due to illness. If you have evidence that you should be entitled to a refund, contact the card issuer you used and ask for a chargeback. You are very, very unlikely to get a penny from AFT

AFT have been telling everyone to contact their Facebook page for the last 5 months and no one has seen any refund. It just disappears and they hope you will too. Contact your bank and ask for a chargeback for services not delivered

I booked a flight back in July to Buffalo. Upon our return our flight was cancelled from Baltimore to Raleigh Durham Airport. I booked a flight on SWISS through them for my summer holidays (Aug 2014). When I turned up at the airport, I was horrified to find out that the flight I booked did not include luggage. I had to pay £60 to get an upgrade including baggage. SWISS told me to sort this out with the travel agent. Don't believe them, everyone gets exactly the same brush off. They can no longer issue tickets in the UK or Germany due to the failure to pay the airlines for them so the chances of getting a refund are negligible. However many Swiss flights, particularly in and out of GVA are now hand baggage only and that may explain why you booked with them, thinking they were cheaper than anyone else. Check with the airline to see what your ticket included, if it didn't include bags, there is no refund due. That doesn't take away the fact that you may have been mislead during the sales process but if I had seen baggage fees may apply, I would have certainly checked before going any further

Hi There, the ticket I booked via Airfast did not include a luggage.
However, nowhere was it mentioned on Airfast ticket's website. Hence my anger.
I booked a 2nd ticket using GoToGate for my girlfriend who was flying on slightly different dates, and the same happened. However, GoToGate admitted it was not clear and refunded me the cost of adding the luggage on board. Which was very nice of them. They also have changed their website since, and it clearly displays if baggage is included or not.

Airfast tickets should have done the same, but they were very bad at handling the situation. I know they post exactly the same reply to all their bad reviews, and I will try to contact them, just to see what comes out of it, but I am not keeping my hopes up!

“Overcharged for my flight”

AirFastTickets took about £20 more out of my account than the amount appearing on my receipt for return flights London - Boston. After pestering them about 5 or 6 times over email and calling them they finally admitted the error and said they would refund it. I still have not received the refund over 3 months later. Apparently it takes 40 - 60 days to process. They could have done an awful lot more to reassure me that it was a genuine error and that they were doing everything possible to fix… Read Full Review

Its not an error, they had no UK bank accounts so charged everyone in Euros or dollars and your and their banks have charged currency fees. If you have an e mail confirming they would refund, copy it to your bank and ask for a chargeback on the basis of overcharging, if you are waiting for them to refund, you will be waiting for ever0
