Stressful & Lazy

I have been attempting change my return flight with airfasttickets for about 3 weeks. The first few times I called no one picked up for half an hour or more, then when I finally got a hold of someone he told me the request will be sent and dealt with and I would be contacted in the next two days. One week later, nothing, so I emailed them a few more times every couple of days as I wasn't going to wait on the phone for another 30+ minutes. Now it has been three weeks and no doubt the available flights have filled up and increased in price so I called again this morning, and got straight through, the lady confirmed that the request for a flight change had been made but nothing further had been done. I repeated the dates i needed the change to, and then she emailed me that there we're no flights available, on a date I didn't even ask for, great, thank you. So I called again, and the next lady finally emailed me with the correct dates, I called again to confirm, they said 'wait a moment' and hung up on me.... The next person also hung up on me... So emailed them back again... Have received nothing amazingly.

Was hoping they would at least discount the price after such awful service but I didn't even get an apology! What do these people do all day?!
