There is no point chasing a refund on your cancelled £500 ticket... they owe the airlines £36 Million throughout Europe in unpaid ticket sales.
They knew exactly what they were going to do when they set up shop in the UK 2 years ago. Question is - how this has been allowed to happen in the first place?
I take it this person is managing the facebook site that everyone is being asked to write into on some paradise island somewhere?
Somebody, somewhere will be tracking this joker down.
It is no comfort I know, but the fact is this is what you get when you shop around just to save 10 quid on a ticket over a reputable and well known agent.
