LIKE
o Good introduction to key features of the hotel's services, facilities and room rates demonstrating a keen awareness of what travelers are looking for in a hotel.


DISLIKE
o Despite my input that the room will be used by one person, the final summary still shows that there will be two guests in the room. Not sure if this mistake has affected the daily room rate chargeable to me.
