I stay one night in April last year at Amarin Hotel Chiangrai on book and pay later basis. However when I check out I was told that the bill has not been paid. I wasn't so I paid. Later I received statement from the bank that you too charged me for the same stay. I wrote an email to complain but did not received any response.
Till not the complaint has not been settled
