This is my 4th time to book with Agoda. My previous bookings went smoothly from booking online to my hotel check out. I also noticed that Agoda offers more room choices for each hotel compared to the others and lower rates too. It would be better if Agoda also included pictures posted by the travellers themselves so we get to see the real deal as the posted pictures in the site are done by professionals. An update now and then is also helpful such as which hotels provide a smartphone? This could also be helpful: Which hotels have a bath tub and hair dryer? --Some say that they have but I noticed that comments say they don't.
This is my first time to book internationally so I would rather stick with the one I have proven reliable. :-)
