Navigation is user friendly. Details are all comprehensive including: Map, Reviews, Hotel ratings, Hotel informations, Photos. Search is easy, with filters such as location, hotel stars which makes the search easier and quick. Reward system is good, accumulates points and could use it to redeem future bookings. Member registration and login is easy. Payment process is quick and email confirmation is sent to the indicated email address immediately. Overall pricing is reasonable and good deals are always around. After using agoda, I have never tried other booking agents anymore as this has provided me the best and reliable bookings so far.
