"misleading CS email"
on 7th Apr 17:00,CS emial me that I had 48 hrs to resend my credit card information,but they cancelled my reservation 12hrs later, because CS said I didn't repond right away. The fuuny part is that the email system stated that no-reply.
My bank reject the first payment because of some security, and the bank cant fix it within 24hr, due to to the bank policy of online purchase, I understand that Agoda is not responsible for that, but I wonder agoda should hold on my reservation for at least 24 hrs.
