“not doing any actions of my complain”

I used agoda when I booked a hotel last January 9-12, 2014, I was impressed because its fast and easy. When we arrived in ho chi minh city we encountered problem with the hotel I booked.the name of the hotel is CITY STAR HOTEL HO CHI MINH CITY. I emailed agoda to complain but until today I haven't receive any reply from them!
