Booked accomodation 6 months in advanced in Goa. Luckily my sister was out there in November and had a look at the place.She was told that I wasn't booked in.Would have been arriving at 5am in the morning with my 77yr old Mum. Informed AGODA neve ronce did thry ring me back or replied to my emails. In the end I cancelled my booking through their website and they had the cheek to charge a cancellation fee. When I complained about this they did refund it with an apology and a 10% discount of my next booking. I emailed them back and told them where to stick it. If you ever use them or any other booking site always ring the hotel to get confirmation of your booking
