“Bad experience booking from AGODA”

I had book a premier deluxe room from agoda ,after I had made payment they email to inform that the premier deluxe room is under renovation ,and they suggested I downgrade to deluxe room instead. So, I ask for a refund from the different. What I check from agoda website the different between premier deluxe room and deluxe room is USD 20+, in the end they refund only USD 3+. I felt cheated . This is not the first time I book from them ,but this will definitely be my last time.

They only do business and do not provide any service for consumer .

I had a very bad experience of the mint hotel chandigarh sector 27.
Staff of front office r not so co operative.
Me n my wife went on a tour to Himachal pradesh n v booked our tour from
Travel source mumbai n they booked this mint hotel for us which so bad
As soon as v enter in the room v found the bed sheet is very dirty m there were cockroches in the room.
N dinner was covered in our package but the hotel staff said yo us that v can't order any non veg food.
They were so rude n I personally suggest u all not book this hotel.
