We have book the hotel early half year.
Once we arrived there they said temp no room to us. Ask us wait.info given Check in 3pm, but 3.30pm still no room to us. They check in very slow.
We request 2room near by each other and near by lift due got bring senior citizen. But they give 2 room totally far away from each other.
Call front desk , reception, no people answer, they are too busy to answer our call.
We paid for extra bed, but they no prepare to us, call them ask why, they ask we open the sofa then become a bed can sleep already??? If we do know the sofa need us open ourself, why we need paid the extra money for the extra bed ? No need paid extra bed also can~
Bath towel no so clean.
The reception also no so helpfull.
The face like too tired and busy to reply us.
