Aircond spoilt - when inform the person in charge, only arrange technician to repair on the day we checkout. Babies cannot sleep because too hot in Penang with mosquitoes.
Gas for cooking is empty tank - deliver on the day we checkout. Couldn't cook babies's food!
6th room - maid room - door couldn't be open. Makes only 5 rooms not as advertise-6rooms. Cheat!

Not attentive or sincere in giving assistance or solution. No compensation on What is promised but not delivered. Person in charge didn't even visit and try to solve problem.
