Good Things are...

The site is makes it really easy to find the hotel you are looking for and they do rooms at really good rates. They have a loyalty scheme based around points and a good mechanism for allowing you to communicate any additional requests you want to make of the hotel.

Bad Things are...

The site doesn't advertise the final price. They add on hotel taxes and service fees, which you have to pay, later on in the booking process. The loyalty scheme also uses a confusing points based currency and it's not very clear how much money each point is worth.
