Your closest competitor is expedia.com. There are some room rates that they have published which is cheaper then agoda.com so you have to be careful.
Otherwise you are providing a great service and better then expedia.
It is recommended that you directly send emails to members to notify them of any last minute deals or cheap bargains that you have for members who will actually take it upon themselves to make a booking and plan a trip because of your low room rates.
The reward system is great but you need to cater towards the frequent but budget users, where by they can earn just as much points as the high fliers and be able to redeem their points. You must appreciate that in most cases the high fliers are corporate people or corporate expenses and the rates do not matter much to them, but for the average family it does make a lot of difference. So maybe you should consider the little guy and give him more benefits. In most instances the low budget carriers are giving the premium carriers a run for their money and like wise you could also do them same by adopting the same approach.
