I've been using Agoda for years and, though I rarely feel the need to shop around anymore, find it has the best prices and service of any travel website, especially for Asian hotels.
Check for yourself. China, Japan, and especially SouthEast Asian hotels are usually at least 30% cheaper on Agoda. And while other sites require a credit card authorization from your bank (which can be a painful process in Asia), Agoda has instant confirmation with no hassles.
What can I say? Love 'em!
