i booked 3 hotels today and had to change 2 of the dates and hotels using the 24/7 phone support, very helpful and knew what they were talking about. spoke good english and fixed problems on the spot. i like that. nothing worse than trying to book a hotel on the spot and you have to wait to change things or worse still it costs you money to change things.

another thing is i got to use over 100 USD on redeeming my points, bonus!

really happy with the service

1 thing. should be able to review or change date of hotel prior to checking out, like you can with flights without having to go back and back and loosing the site. quite frustrating. anyway 10/10 from me and believe me when i say thats rare!!
