we use agoda.com regularly when travel. most of the time it gives lower rate, except in some cases, booking through hotel website is cheaper. should compare with hotel website and other agency to make sure you get the best rate in the best room type. if not sure about room type, go to hotel website to make sure it's what you really want. including breakfast, and other charges. in some chain, they guarantee their lowest rate on their website too. but agoda.com has one upperhand. it's their redeemed point for next trip. it makes your next trip a lot more cheaper. i got 2 free nights at hua hin after book a 5 days business hotel in singapore. good job agoda!
