The site is very easy and simple to use the only thing which is the pricing structure is almost similar to other agents,if only they better the price by few Dollars or Pounds I am pretty sure alot of tourist will use agoda to book their holidays,I personally was hesistant at first but then because I had booked my KL hotel through them I booked my Langkawi hotel with them as well.
Overall agoda is very efficiant in answering your queries.
