“Agoda are real scams”

Written on: 03/07/2011

I have booked a hotel in Bridgeview, Illinois USA through Agoda for a stay of four nights. Upon check in the hotel front desk said they did not recieve the reservation from Agoda and they are not aware of it. It was even worse to know that they have no rooms!. Me and the hotel tried to contact Agoda but they never answered. Luckily a guest cancelled his reservation and I managed to get a room for one night at the highest rate as a new booking directly with the hotel. I contacted Agoda asking for a refund which was never issued inspite of multiple emails. They claimed that they are investigating with the hotel management. I contacted the hotel manager and he informed me that they never contacted him!. I think they are real scams and would not recommned them for any body

We booked 2 night stay in london with them and cancelled the booking within 5 mins of making it due to an error. we recieved and email saying they would credit our card within 10 days,£500.00. 6 weeks later still no credit. now they are saying that they will not be creditin our card.
All i can say is DONT USE THEM
