You should receive both in your email or the email you have used in your booking within the hour. I usually get mine in about a minute or two.

If you booked through Agoda, your booking confirmation together with your Hotel Voucher would have been emailed to you within 48 hrs. I have personally used their service for many years and know this to be correct. For best results I recommend people register with Agoda (open an account), I value their service which is why I book through them.

Hi Abdul, First you need to sign-in to your Agoda account, and then click your account name (top-right corner) to access some features. Select "Bookings", then your booked hotels will be displayed. Click "Manage Booking" on the Hotel you want the receipt to be sent. Then the hotel details will be displayed. Scroll to the bottom of the page, you'll find "For My Records" item, expand "Send My Receipt". Then you just need to fill in your name, email address, postal address, and finally submit it to Agoda. That's all. Hope it Helps.
Report this content Bobbydog Written on:
You should have received confirmation by return email and a hotel voucher within 24 hrs. If this did not happen you need to contact Agoda direct on the options available to you on their website. It is also a good idea to register with them.

You will Receive both the invoice and receipt of payment via email sent to the address you booked it from. Or you can simply login to Agoda and select "manage my bookings" where you can ask for another copy to be sent to another email address if you wish or even download a PDF version to print or keep on your mobile device to show as confirmation. I trust this helps. Best Regards

Agoda will confirm your booking to your email address with a pdf receipt attached that lists your Booking ID, details of the hotel, days booked, services provided (such as breakfast included or not included), total amount paid by you and your payment method (Visa/AmEx/etc). You should receive confirmation within 5 minutes of making your booking. The hotel will need to see this pdf receipt because they will also have a copy to confirm that it is your booking. On check out, the hotel might also give you a receipt that lists your room as paid via Agoda. Good luck

Ask the payee. If you paid to agoda, ask agoda. If you paid to the hotel, ask the hotel.
Report this content Irawa Written on:
Once you book the hotel on line, Agoda sends the Hotel voucher confirmation by E.mail. This document is the invoice and receipt for payment.
Report this content PrastyaLubis Written on:
The hotel is actually do not provide the receive for the customer, the customer should have it from agoda.com and agoda absolutely provide the bill.
Report this content Delanation Written on:
If you are a first time user, you will go through some kind of security check about your identity and the verification of the credit card used for the payment of your booking. Agoda.com will send you an email explaining which step to take in order for them to validate your payment and send you a voucher with the receipt through your email.
Report this content Thirteenmillionmiletravelingman Written on:
You should have received an e-mail immediately after payment.I have used Agoda many times; and they have always mailed invoice promptly. Also, check your spam box. If you did not receive; write or call their customer service; as they also respond in a timely fashion. The hotel should have your information; and most of the time; you do not even need the invoice to check in; but on occasion you do, so good to have with you
Report this content Chandrasen Written on:
Once you make your booking online on Agoda website, you will immediately get the booking confirmation with complete payment details on your email.

My advise would be to contact the hotel, however, booking.com or agora should have sent you a confirmation email. I contacted the hotel because I hadn't use shows previously.

They almost immediately reply to your email address. If not, your attempt must not have been sucessful.
Report this content vietnamexperience Written on:
If you haven't received a reply to your email address, something didn't work. Did you receive a notice at the end of your booking saying that confirmation had been sent to your email account? If the booking was successful, you should have had money deducted from your account within 24 hours. If you don't have a booking reference number, I would try to book again and then contact Agoda if you receive notification of a double up in the booking. Can you contact the service provider (e.g, hotel) directly to see if there is a booking in your name for those dates? Changing the name of the client booking the room is not difficult if you book again, but you might not receive Agoda points if the client using the service is not the same as the person booking the service. Good luck, MJ

Dear, if u have made the booking online as per the procedure Agoda should have replied immediately along with a printable booking receipt with all ur details. The money would have also been charged from ur credit card. The system is fair and transparent. U should call on the help line or send them a mail along with the booking details. If they say they dont have ur booking, which i think is the case, u should immediately make ur new booking. I during one of my bookings for Dubai by mistake made booking twice and on calling the help line the amount deducted from my credit card was reimbursed to my account, although it took few days which they did inform me before hand. I LOVE AGODA AS THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICES. Best of luck.

Agoda was very swift in sending a confirmation email. Try calling them and also make sure the email you have on file with them is correct. Check your credit card to see if it went through. If not or if so call them direct. Rickey Holmes

As others have said, you should have received confirmation within 24 hours, usually in a few minutes. If you did everything correctly and payment went through, you should try contacting Agoda. Customer service is usually very helpful.
Report this content Lamri Written on:
Hi, Normally, upon successful booking, Agoda will sent you confirmation mail together with confirmation number, and few minutes/hours later will sent you the voucher. This is possible only after payment is successful. If not, you should write to them giving your full information, such as your name, hotel location and name, date of intended stay and number of nite. You should receive the reply latest 24 hrs. To make any changes also very easy. Once you have receive the confirmation mail, at the right hand side, you will see a column or word for your to click on to make any changes. You call also call them through their customer service to get better information. Hope this will help.

You should have received confirmation immediately. If not, try checking your bulk/junk mail cos sometimes it goes there due to our accounts setting. You can also log-in to your agoda account to check if your booking is reflected there. They will normally deduct the fee a few days before you check-in. I have no experience with changing name of client, but you may try log-in your agoda account to manage your booking.

You will need to know if by changing the dates, yr hotel rates would be changed. Sometimes the special rate is for a minimum stay of 7 days. If you change to any day lesser than a week, you may end up paying a higher rate. You try by going to the email from Agoda and change it or by calling. I had similar experience this year Jan before I toured NZ.

Just make a call to the help line while u should keep ur booking details handy and u must also send them a mail along with a copy of ur booking for the record and they will get back to u with confirmation and new booking paper.

You have two options, either call Agoda ( which I have done on occasions like this ) they are very efficient and will help you with your booking. Or you can login to your account and make any changes there through "manage my account ". Note: some booking may not be able to be changed due to special promotions or availability, these will be clearly explained to you if you call or displayed in your account area of "my bookings". I trust this helps.

Your cancellation with the hotel is free but the charge is for Agoda's admin work. This is mentioned when you decide to cancel your booking.

Hi I have used Agoda for many years without a problem and when a problem eventually arose with the hotel cancelling my booking, Agoda were really helpful refunding and communicating with me through email and phone. This only happened about a month ago. I don't recall reading a $15 Agoda fee (mentioned by Jinfong)in the fine print of the conditions. I would go through the Agoda site and email them with the Booking Number and just ask. They are quick with responding. Good luck and let us know the outcome in case it happens to us! Thanks

Hope this help and you'll get your money back soon.

Also on FAQ Customer Support you can email your query. Once you have established contact they are very good and helpful and once did a refund for me without any problem when they debited my credit card when it was a pay later hotel arrangement. Just be sure you read all the booking conditions for any Agoda booking before confirming. I have rung from Australia and had no problem.

You wont be charged until you give your credit card details.
