I've been traveling for 50 years and have had a wide range of experience booking my arrangements. Our agent, Lucky, has impressed my wife and I with his courteous professionalism. From the very moment he picked up the call he was responsive and attentive. He listened closely, answered my questions thoroughly then followed through with whatever he said he would do. As we had some unusual requirements, whatever he didn't know he researched and called back with the answers, promptly. At all times he was consistent. Pricing was competitive and no detail was overlooked. Our experience could not have been better in any way. He made it a pleasure and he saved us a LOT of time and effort. We HIGHLY recommend him and his company. Thank You!!
