Unreliable & poor service

I had recently done my booking through ASAP Tickets as their prices as claimed by them were relatively better compared to others. This deal was done over the phone and a confirmatory link with the booking reference and details was sent to me to make the payment which I did complete and sent to them. I was told that within half an hour I would be getting the confirmation mail and also the agent would call me, They did not bother to call me back nor did I receive any email form them. Upon checking with them there was no one read to reply as the concerned agent was not available. I did check with the airline and the booking was showing as confirmed but next day the agent calls and informs me that the booking cannot be confirmed as the airline is not confirming. Ultimately I had to re book at a higher price. The service standards leave much to be desired and apparently the prices given are not reliable and is done only if it suits them. Request to be careful while dealing with them.
