I started with an agent. She was to find me a ticket to Lagos, Nigeria but the prices quoted were too high, so I decided to shop online myself and I was about to buy one which I thought was ok then she sent a message giving me another price and I texted back saying still to high again. Messages were sent quoting different prices until finally, one of her colleague spoke to me and said calling on her behalf and found the right price for me. I thank them both for hard work well done.
