We usually call our customers back within 30 minutes to save their time while we provide detailed quote based on flight preferences they tell us. Part of this procedure is to double-check availability on selected dates.
Airlines change their fares and availability of the seats on daily basis, that is what the price for your selected date and destination might be higher.
