I was looking online for the best price and connections for an international flight. I did not like the option I was finding, which included a 16-hour layover. One of your agents was able to look for an even better price and a shorter layover (only 4-5 hours) and called me back repeatedly as he found different deals.
Later in the day, when we finally decided to accept the deal, your agent patiently walked us through the process of purchasing the ticket and made sure we understood everything we had to do.
When I called back with a question, even though he was not available, he called back within minutes.
He also carefully explained our protection plan and what would happen without it.
Before I made my purchase, I would have liked to know about seating assignments, meal options and if the departure date could have affected the price.
