With all of the web sites out there that look the same and offer the same, it was refreshing to actually talk to somebody that did some research and found the best fares without sacrificing on the itinerary. At first I was skeptical, as I knew I was not talking to somebody in the US, but Otis F won me over with a little persistence and some knowledge of the process. It made me long for the days when we actually had travel agents and airlines we could talk to. I seldom ever write a review, but this experience warranted a good word or two. I will keep this number and avoid all the ridicules web searches in the future. Thanks Otis!
