My wife missed her first flight because there was an accident on the expressway. So she had to catch another flight. they charged us over $700.00 for the changed flight that was 2 days later then her first original flight!! Never again will we use this service!!

We are sorry to hear that your wife missed her initial flight due to external circumstances. As with most cheap tickets on the market, there are certain restrictions imposed by airlines that prevent you from replacing one ticket with another in cases like you have described in your review and you actually have to purchase a new ticket. Therefore, we do inform our customers that the tickets we offer are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable before they decide to purchase them.
