The gentleman that handled my situation was patient and thorough. I've always used another site to book my reservations and I mean for the last ten years or so. The site I used was giving me crazy prices for a trip I just took last month. This gentleman took his time and gave me a great price and I must say it was worth the wait. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and I would use and recommend them again. My pros was that I received the price I was happy with. I would have wished it was faster it actually took him a few days to make it happen but like I said if you plan your trip in advance this company is well worth the wait.
