Not happy with their refund or exchange policy because beside their itn fee of $250.00 and the carrier fee is $450.00 they charge you plus a recall plenty fee by carrier when I call the carrier I found out that their are no such charges of $160.00 they only charge$450.00.The customer care said no this charge of 160.00 will also be charged because they have to pay plenty to carrier so the total amount I have to pay came up to $860.00 and I will get $260.00 refund after paying them $1120.60. WOOOOW
