Thought booking through a agent would be better as my husband and myself travel all the time. However our card was charged so many times by this company that the account was closed. Only partial seating was assigned and so we were left to fend for ourselves, open investigation the company has a F rating and not A rating by the BBB which should have been a sign right there. The insurance is a waste of time as it covers nothing. Better booking online you get better service.
