I decided to purchase the ticket on this site because of its competitive price. I had no expectations, I simply wanted to try to get a reasonable price. I like that the agent who assisted me was willing to adjust and accommodate. She learned to listen to what I need and was there to supply more information. I do not like all the flight restrictions that this purchase entails.
