Gave an incorrect name when booking holiday for four people,
I tried to change it with the agent,and was told to ring A1 administration
after 9.am the
next day.I explained the problem,i was told that it would cost £100 to change. This was 15-hours after booking the holiday.
Angry and upset I asked how much it would cost to cancel the holiday ,I was told that I would lose the whole cost of the trip.
