First time using a1 Travel and a little apprehensive but needn't have worried as they were very helpful, efficient and managed to get get hotel and room we wanted at a cheaper price than other 'low cost' agents. All our requests were passed to hotel and we will certainly use them again.
The customer service team responded very quickly by e-mail to queries but I was a little is appointed that I wasn't offered meals and pre-booked seats. When I requested these, I wasvtold I had to call the office which tookmseveral tries before managing to get through and speak to an agent. However once I had spoken to them my requests were dealt with very efficiently and I was very happy with the team.
