On arrival in Tenerife our transfer was 1 hour late, many passengers decided to use taxis and pay the extra expense so they could be in their accommadation as soon as possible so they could start there holiday.
I found the staff at the Las Piramides Holiday very unhelpful when on arrival i was given a room which was remote and unsafe (patio door broken)on the ground level My sister-in-law offered to sleep in with me the first night as i would not have felt sfe there on my own. Another couple who came with us on the trip also had to be moved from their unsuitable accommodation. I paid £750 for this holiday and i would not stay in this accommodation again.
I have used A1 travel before so dissappointed this time.I did all the administration of the holiday myself so expected more of the service provision at the other end at least.
