I had to contact their customer service to try and change flight times they got wrong. I spoke to the rudest, nastiest person I have ever spoken to online. They refused to help, and wanted £300 to correct their mistake. I never once raised my voice or was rude to them. Will never use, or advise anyone else to use them in future.
