Booked two holidays with A1 travel and received all relevant paperwork efficiently whilst receiving a competitive price.
My booking to Paphos though was spoilt by the hotel not giving us the room type we had reserved and we are now awaiting a final response from A1 travel as to why this happened.
The company did send an initial reply to our complaint noting the timescales for their final review of our situation and therefore we have an good understanding of this process.
