A1 should really stop advertising this hotel as 5star to miss lead your customers just reflects bad on A1 travel the hotel is 4star at very best the insult to injury is there is an attached hotel to the complex that is considerably more likely to be classed as 5star (blue domes) the booking process was good but don't miss lead your customers they will not thank you for it !
