I found the website easy to use but wanted to speak To A 1Travel regarding specific information I required about the holiday, I found their responses helpful, informative and speedy. I was also impressed with A No CARD FEE when paying for my holiday, wow this was a winner in my eyes however I felt a little disappointed when I went to make final balance payment because they then did charge for using my card. If I knew at the time of paying the deposit that I would face a card charge when paying my bill then I would have paid for the holiday in one go. Anyway back to positives I asked for pool side view, superior room and no smoking room, A 1 requested in writing all these requirements on my behalf although I was told that pool view could not be guaranteed, all were met.
