Best Holiday Ever

Having looked long and hard to find the perfect holiday for myself and my girlfriend, we found a deal on the icelolly website. The holiday was for the Costa Adeje Gran Hotel in Tenerife. The deal was being offered by a company called A1 Travel. I gave them a call to see what the deal was about, what it included etc and if it was available for my dates, the flight was full on the date i wanted but the guy was more than happy to look at other dates to see if we could get there. He managed to find flights the next day, it was a little bit dearer but least it was there. I talked it over with my girlfriend and we decided to go for it.

When booking the guy took all my details and said it would take about 10-15mins to book everything and he would call me back, once he had done it. When I was waiting on him calling me back, i came across this site and reading some of the reviews was starting to get worried, what had i done with my £1000, where was i going to end up, what was i going to get... Fair play though the guy called me back after about 10 mins gave me the booking ref etc and said he would be emailing me the confirmation and vouchers etc. I thought ok well so far so good. Later that night i got all my confirmation and vouchers and had noticed he had spelt my girlfriends name wrong, so the horror stories came rushing back to me, after what I had read. I got on to him in the morning, he said he could not help it would need to be admin and put me through. I explained the problem and without any hassle or questions the girl managed to change the spelling and while still on the phone sent me my new confirmation and vouchers..... (result no problems or hassle when trying to fix something with an admin team)

The hotel itself was amazing. The food was good, amazing selection of cakes :), and all the staff we very good and helpful. The ONLY BAD POINT!!! I wish I had paid a little extra and booked a taxi rather than the bus, would have been there is half the time, but never mind cant complain if that is my only problem.

All in all we could not have wanted or asked for anything better. Cant wait for my next holiday and will definitely be booking with A1 Travel I would recommend them to anyone.
