They will sell you a cheap holiday, change something the next day say a flight. They then offer you something unacceptable which you will reject. Then they will say the money is not refundable ad you will have to go to court to get money back. They also go by the name of travelate ad a few other shell companies. Don't use. Interestingly and suspiciously high rating here 92% 1 star rating on tripadvisor..?

We purchased and cancelled the following business day. We finally got a hold of someone and told them we had sent a registered letter cancelling their program and we would like our money back, seeing how they ran out and cashed the check the same day. My husband and I are in our 70's and on a fixed income. We thought this might be a good way to travel. We have left SO many messages and no one ever calls back. What do they have to do, find another sucker before they do anything!! We spoke to Neal {?} and he said it takes 45 days to be reimbursed, well it's over that. He said he was appalled and would see that we got our money back..Joke on us, they probably will never refund us. BE AWARE!!!!+

Recent last minute trip booked to Lanzarote given confirmed total charge then had tell tell call saying only one seat available on return flight so change of return date which increased price despite being booked with Ryanair instead of intial thomson flight,also paid £68 for gold star cover in resort ,no documents received with ref to what this means and no actual breakdown of costings for flights and accommodation,tell and emailed with very little reponce ,I will persue them again about paper work and a refund for this so called gold star service which at present they have declined

I am currently on a holiday in Malta booked last minute by 321 travel On check in we discover we are only booked for 3 nights at our hotel not the 5 night's our holiday was booked for. After 2 days and many phone calls to 321 travel my holiday has been so stressfull and is ruinied. We have now been told we have to move to another hotel for the last 2 nights as this one is fully booked. The hotel offered is no way like for like as this hotel the list goes on. Very poor customer service I would not reccommend this company to anyone!!! Wish i stayed home.

It is a shame that I have to give this company 1 star as they don't even deserve that. I booked a holiday for myself and my children to go to Gran Canaria. The night before we were due to travel I get a call on my mobile to say my accommodation is overbooked so they are giving me an alternative. I asked what hotel and he said he couldn't say and would send me an email. The email arrived - the hotel was in a different resort and was inferior to what I had booked. I called them, it went to answer machine. I emailed back to say that this was an unacceptable alternative and that I would like the accommodation I booked or a refund. I heard nothing. I emailed them from the airport the following morning as they were not taking my calls. I again asked to cancel and refund my booking and this request was ignored again. I was then told that they were doing their best to sort it out and the resort manager would contact me. We were delayed 8 hours and arrived at 6am. I had a transfer booked to the original hotel and we went there with our original accommodation voucher (which looks fake) and was able to check in. At 10am we were called to say that there actually was no booking for us, the voucher was indeed fake and I would have to pay £220 per night. They also said that they were not overbooked! I contacted 321 Travel again - they said that my accommodation was at the other inferior hotel and I was clearly advised of this. They offered me £150 in vouchers. I refused. And on looking at their website you can only redeem £50 on one booking. I never did hear from the 'resort manager'. We also had no booking of baggage with the airline despite ordering this. Thankfully they let us check it in free of charge. Upon my return, I issued a complaint. They told me my complaint had been escalated to senior management and they would respond within 28 days as per 'standard trade guidelines' - they didn't respond to my request for a copy of these. 28 days has now passed and I've heard nothing. I have now taken this to small claims court as I feel I have no other choice, I'm also going to contact the airlines with regards to non booking of baggage, and will contact the industry watchdogs about their practices. We work hard to earn our holidays and then a company like this ruins it. They should be struck off. Please do not book with this company!!

Well it went to court today and I won!! The judge said they acted appallingly and their claim it was a minor change was wrong. They didn't even turn up. I was awarded the full claim plus compensation, costs and wages/travel. Do not put up with this!!

Increase advertised prices and add other charges (even when they say they won’t) and don’t pass on relevant booking Information/Requirements onto hotel so you are left without what you need or specified when booking. Also ask for a breakdown of cost on invoice as the one they send you will be an All in Price so that you cannot retrieve money back through your bank only through small claims court. They know what game they are playing and will cover their tracks and say they are not the people you originally talked to even when you have their names and direct numbers from them. I really do wish we had read some of these reviews before using this sham company then maybe we wouldn’t have had to leave this one. If you see a good deal from this company know that it will be to good to be true. I would recommend people and Families to use a Genuine,secure, trusted travel agent/company or book it yourself and save yourselves a whole lot of money,stress and time.

We booked an all inclusive holiday to Malta with this company. As the booking progressed on the phone they asked if we wanted to buy the "Agency Golden Standard" package for a price of £16. The final price on our package was not mentioned over the phone and we subsequently ended up paying 4 times £16. There was no mentioning on the booking summary about the AGS package and consequently we have paid £64 without even knowing what we might have bought. To add insult to injury they took the total amount twice from our bank account. After long telephone calls they agreed to refund one of the bookings but we are still waiting for the full refund of the second payment. We strongly recommend to stay clear of this travel agent. Don't provide your debit/credit card details until they have confirmed the final price.

i tried to book a holiday with 321 .i gave my debit card details and then was told hotel was full(in january) i was offered an alternative hotel for the same price ,which i agreed, when the booking confirmation came through i was charges £60 extra for a worse hotel, after stating that i did not want to pay any more than first agreed.because of paying with debit card there is nothing the bank will do about the overcharge, spoke to 321 on phone, they would not listen to me and just took the word of there sales rep{he has his commision_) SO STAY WELL CLEAR,,,,,

PLEASE SHARE 321 TRAVEL LTD This company are operating whilst action has been taken to strike them off by 3 December 2017 by Companies House. My sister booked a holiday over the phone on Sunday and gave her debit card details. She was then called Monday to say the holiday was not available so she said fine leave it. They harassed her all morning with offers of alternatives and called to say unless she accepted the alternative which was more expensive, a different date and airport then she would lose all her money. After investigating this man / company and reading reviews Trading Standards are now involved but after checking Companies House it appears his company 321 Travel Ltd is already in the process of being struck off so please do not book and give any card details to this company. They had taken money from my sisters account for a holiday she said she did not want and said unless she accepted this they would not refund money anyway. We have called since and the director is very rude, laughs and hangs up. Please share this post.

DisgracefulOffered one set of flights with my holiday that I was happy with, got call from confirmation team informing me that the flights were no longer available so I was told I would have to take a 6hr flight to get to Malaga!! I refused and told them I didn't want them to go ahead with my booking, the staff then got nasty and abusive and hung up on me. A day later they took £250 from my bank without permission, to cut a long story short I was promised a full refund within 28 days! 9 weeks later not a penny back and every time I call they hang up! They also ignore my letters and won't reply to e-mails. Disgraceful company and I'm about to speak to our local paper about how this company works! I even have a recording of them telling me I'm getting refund and then being rude, they don't know I have it and they are in for a shock. The recording is going to go live soon and with 8797 members in my Facebook group this will spread like wild fire. They have done this to loads of people and think they can get away with it, they won't get away this. Avoid them at all costs.

This is exactly what they did to my sister but have taken £960 from her and said she will not get in back in his words even if the queen comes knocking at his door. It is nothing but a crime and we are currently in touch with Trading Standards and have also reported it to the police. We have also posted the review the company have had removed from here to travel watchdog and the BBC as this man needs to be stopped.

I booked a holiday last week with this company
I was told everything was fine the next day they rang pestering me to book flights from leeds instead of birmingham which is 20 minutes away from me as Leeds is three hours away i refused then he got nasty and said he could not refund me i called my husband to explain this in the meantime 321 booked the leeds flights with my card details with ryan air complete nightmare then they told me the hotel was not available at this point i felt like we had been taken in good and proper i phoned bank.and cancelled my card so.they could not gain access to my account the 647 flight money i am trying to get back.through my bank as ryan air are refusing a refund the lovely guy from 321 just laughed when i asked him to refund it and put the phone down on me how the hell are these guys allowed to operate

My husband called to book a holiday to Tenerife on Friday 19 May through 321 Travel in Romford and was given a price for direct flights from London gatwick we were even told the flight timings .The next morning a very rude member of staff called Linzi called to say they could not get the flight availability and we would need to fly from Luton for £30.00 extra per person or have a seven hour stopover in Barcelona . We declined both and said we would leave it and not book anything as they could not offer what we wanted . She was very rude and said this was not an option and we were being unreasonable as Luton was only 8 miles further from our house ( where she got her mileage from I will never know ) we have friends at gatwick so park there so would not consider Luton for more money when we could book through another company and fly from gatwick . She then hung up saying we would be charged £100 fee . I cannot believe they can take money from your card without a holiday even being booked . I called back and spoke to Earnest Bradshaw the manager and he said that we would be refunded on Tuesday 23 May . To this day we have still not recieved the £100 back , I have emailed on numerous occasions they did answer one email and said my refund would be sent on Thursday 22 June . I called them today and again they advised me they had forgotten to send it and will do it next week . I don't believe them for one moment and can't believe companies are allowed to trade like this . I have since read many other reviews about them all with the same context . If you comment on there face book page they remove it straight away . I

First Impression is, it's a good concept and looks like you're getting a good deal. Then the trouble starts. No sooner have you agreed to a deal, everything changes. No longer do you speak to agents who will do anything they can to help... You get an alternative phone number where I had to hold for in excess of 30 minutes to even get an answer (btw there is a freephone number available but of course not given). The whole arrangement of the holiday flights took a lot of work, things were left half-done or incorrect and several companies take money from your bank account - not just a one off payment, therefore it can be difficult to keep track so always check. There are little add-ons that they sell you while booking - some kind of flight insurance that they say is compulsory, I'm going to look into whether this is the truth, then airport transfer for which they charged £80 for a 10 minute cab drive, locally it would have cost a fiver each way. All these things, you agree to out of trust when they're telling you what you need for your holiday to run smoothly. Several problems arose during the holiday where flights were not booked properly amongst various other time-wasting shortfalls that were the fault of 321 and just wasted time that should have been spent enjoying the holiday rather than trying to contact 321 travel from abroad. When you speak to these people ALWAYS record the calls - use your mobile phone and download an app called 'call recorder' put it on loudspeaker and everything is recorded. 321 travel overcharged me at least £120 and when queried they more or less called me a liar until I surprised them by sending them the recorded call to confirm. Only then was I promised this refund although I was told it would take up to 28 days for me to receive a cheque. Guess what happened next.... That's right absolutely nothing. I was in contact with a guy named Ernest - Not the ideal character for any business.

Booked and paid for the holiday on the Saturday but then they called on the Tuesday when they firstly said there was no flight availability but then they told me it was an extra £500 if I want to fly out of Belfast or else we had to change airports and fly indirect! Appalling customer service!!! Refused subject access request!! Please avoid!"

We booked a holiday to Amsterdam, to start in a 5* hotel in the very centre. A day before out departure, we were told there was no availability in that hotel, and we'd be transferred to an 'equivalent' hotel. The hotel we were put it, was far, far outside the city centre (nearer to the airport). This was not in our eyes, an equivalent hotel, and whilst it was nice, we accumulated hundreds of pounds worth of Uber trips as it would have taken us circa 2hrs walking each time we wanted to go into the centre of Amsterdam. We've sent 321Travel / Travel Service Group nearly 35 emails in total, seeking to reclaim the cost we'd incurred by being located so far out of the city centre. They agreed to refund an amount, which we eventfully negotiated to a sum we felt was fair. Guess what? they've never sent us the payment, despite telling us a number of time it was 'awaiting dispatch from head office' or it was 'in the post'. I wish we'd have booked directly with the hotel itself. I'll never use a 'discount' booking agent like this again - it's not with the few pounds you might save.

Where do I start, apart from changing my hotel to hotel 24hours before my holiday, they also did not fulfil their promise to ring me back to change this. I was on hold as caller number 1 for 55 minutes until I was told to put the phone down as they experiencing 'high amounts of calls'.... hmmm. Im sorry but how is it exceptable in any way to change someones hotel to a boat 24 hours before departure?? Its not! If I wanted to stay on a boat I would have booked the boat but instead I wanted a hotel primarily land based of which i wouldn't have to travel by ferry too overtime I wanted to nip to the city centre. 321 were not helpful in the slightest and did not answer my phone calls to resolve this problem. I would not recommend to book with this company, unless you're a fan of boats and late changes

I have had similar issue with them but my hotel was changed 12 hours before. They said it was Thomas cook who have changed my hotel to only find out from Thomas cook that the hotel was changed by 321/travel group the day after I booked the hotel not 12 hours before! Thomas cook had no clue and plus 321/travel group charged me way too much for the hotel they changed it to. If the hotel was changed and upgraded like they said on phone I would have been ok but they did not do anything to benefit me. Instead I lost out!!!

Nightmare! Worst travel agent! The worst travel agent you can come across. They have ruined my holiday to Turkey even before getting there! I had a text day before saying they have changed my hotel and that they have upgraded room and hotel to one similar to the hotel initially booked. When I got to the new hotel I found that the hotel is a cheaper option to the one I paid for! No room upgrade and when you try call them from abroad you can't get through and all your credit goes so your kind of stuck with the cheap option. DO NOT BOOK HOLIDAY WITH THEM! My holiday has been ruined because of them and I paid way too much for what they have 'sorted' out for me! If the room was upgraded etc then I would have looked passed it but they are the worst to deal with.

booked holiday from Exeter to Fuerteventura DIRECT FLIGHTS, found out Exeter does not fly direct, told by very rude girl to cancel is £50.00 pp. Curiously they had taken £100.00 already. they can't get the other £800 as the card has been cancelled. As with any company selling online they are subject to DISTANCE SELLING LAWS and that gives a cancellation right with FULL REFUND.This company is obtaining money by deception and is fraudulent.

As you were very clearly told when you agreed to the booking, the flight was operating with a stop. You are not telling the truth by saying you were advised it was direct. WE HAVE LISTENED TO THE CALL. You too have been offered to listen to the call.
Unfortunately your knowledge of law is incorrect. There is no such thing as Distance Selling Laws, what i believe you make reference too is Contract Consumer Regulations (2013) which travel and many other industries are exempt from.
Your comments regarding deception and fraud are libellous. They have now been sent through to solicitors and they will be in contact shortly
I would suggest that in future you listen carefully to what you are purchasing and if it is not what you want to buy, that you refuse prior to providing your payment details. You cannot place blame on a retailer that has provided you with the terms of what you are purchasing when they now dont suit you

the sales person clearly told me that the flight was from Exeter to fuertaventura direct otherwise no booking would have been made, upon trying to recheck times and with out any terms etc available or indeed any details of proposed booking and your office being unable to elaborate further, I checked with Exeter to find they do not fly to Fuerteventura on any day, perhaps a private jet was to be waiting for us! after checking rather disturbing comments on Review my debit card was stopped but not before £100 had been taken. I was then contacted by the office to be told both flight & accommodation needed changing surprise surprise see other comments. My HONEST mistake these companies are not covered under distance selling laws, that needs looking at, but do have to comply with other consumer protection acts I seems to be a common complaint that this scenario is happening to many others too, see Reviews. I have never encountered such a curious way of booking a 7 day holiday and most certainly won't be using 321 travel, as to my requested £100 refund I will not be holding my breath! lifes to short and i'm off on holiday with an operater that I booked with inc' visas in 45min's.

How strange! After a similar encounter with your 'company' last year, I requested that I have access to a recording of my calls (having a very clear recollection of the sales techniques involved). I was told several times in writing that this wasn't possible. It seems very clear that you only use the line about telephone recordings when it serves you and that you try to frighten people from leaving honest reviews by threatening them with solicitors. In every response that I have read from you on review sites (though most posts have been removed), your patronising tone makes me want to throw up! You NEVER take responsibility or apologise and use the same old phrases time and time again! Pathetic!

I rang and booked a holiday to Lanzarote and was given flight times and everything I asked for , I handed over my card details. 10 minutes later I get a phone call telling me it was an indirect flight. I was told I wasn't very flexible because they had a deal flying from Leeds and I refused as I live in Lancashire. I was told that the lady I booked it with will have told me that the flight could be indirect, obviously she didn't as my husband has vertigo and he can just about handle 1 flight, and I would have refused and hung up. I asked the guy on the phone to go listen to the phone call , then ring me back to apologise for basically calling me a liar. Someone else rang back and told me he had gone to lunch. After much arguing and debating I was between a rock and a hard place. Either pay £50 pp to change the flight or pay £ 50 pp to cancel and it would take a week to get my money back. This is the first time I have eve gone online to book a holiday and it won't be happening again
