booked holiday from Exeter to Fuerteventura DIRECT FLIGHTS, found out Exeter does not fly direct, told by very rude girl to cancel is £50.00 pp. Curiously they had taken £100.00 already. they can't get the other £800 as the card has been cancelled. As with any company selling online they are subject to DISTANCE SELLING LAWS and that gives a cancellation right with FULL REFUND.This company is obtaining money by deception and is fraudulent… Read Full Review

Dear Mr XXXX (so as not to identify you)

As you were very clearly told when you agreed to the booking, the flight was operating with a stop. You are not telling the truth by saying you were advised it was direct. WE HAVE LISTENED TO THE CALL. You too have been offered to listen to the call.

Unfortunately your knowledge of law is incorrect. There is no such thing as Distance Selling Laws, what i believe you make reference too is Contract Consumer Regulations (2013) which travel and many other industries are exempt from.

Your comments regarding deception and fraud are libellous. They have now been sent through to solicitors and they will be in contact shortly

I would suggest that in future you listen carefully to what you are purchasing and if it is not what you want to buy, that you refuse prior to providing your payment details. You cannot place blame on a retailer that has provided you with the terms of what you are purchasing when they now dont suit you

the sales person clearly told me that the flight was from Exeter to fuertaventura direct otherwise no booking would have been made, upon trying to recheck times and with out any terms etc available or indeed any details of proposed booking and your office being unable to elaborate further, I checked with Exeter to find they do not fly to Fuerteventura on any day, perhaps a private jet was to be waiting for us! after checking rather disturbing comments on Review my debit card was stopped but not before £100 had been taken. I was then contacted by the office to be told both flight & accommodation needed changing surprise surprise see other comments. My HONEST mistake these companies are not covered under distance selling laws, that needs looking at, but do have to comply with other consumer protection acts I seems to be a common complaint that this scenario is happening to many others too, see Reviews. I have never encountered such a curious way of booking a 7 day holiday and most certainly won't be using 321 travel, as to my requested £100 refund I will not be holding my breath! lifes to short and i'm off on holiday with an operater that I booked with inc' visas in 45min's.

Sorry, once again, this is factually incorrect - if only you were prepared to listen to the call and what was actually sold to you rather than spuriously making unsubstantiated claims about something we are wishing to demonstrate did not happen.

“Not the holiday I have paid for ”

I rang and booked a holiday to Lanzarote and was given flight times and everything I asked for , I handed over my card details. 10 minutes later I get a phone call telling me it was an indirect flight. I was told I wasn't very flexible because they had a deal flying from Leeds and I refused as I live in Lancashire. I was told that the lady I booked it with will have told me that the flight could be indirect, obviously she didn't as my husband has vertigo and he can just about handle 1 flight… Read Full Review

I can see people have had issues previously so I was a little apprehensive. However pleased to report a great experience. This company clearly has the ability to find offers others can't because no one else could match my needs. Nor would 3 others even help... Do not trust them!!! They took £320 plus out of my account.. they made so many mistakes with the booking, wrong address, booked me a 7 day holiday after a 5 day holiday was agreed, they booked a flight home a day before the holiday ended. When we told them they made mistakes they corrected them by booking what we wanted but never cancelled their mistakes so we ended up with 2 extra nights plus 3 flights.. As of my previous post we have contacted the customer services for this company, I was told on 9th sept that the compensation was being sent out within 28 days and the cheque has still not materialised,I have contacted them again and have been ignored, this has now been ongoing for 8month as the claim against them started in Feb '16. Yesterday (Sept 2016) we searched and found a short break for our wedding anniversary in Oct flying from Bournemouth to Vienna. “Happy customer”

I believe in fair press so thought I would let people know how happy I was with my experience. I left it very late this year to book (my husbands job issue) and called to travel two days later. You may have to endure extra baggage charges, a different location, a lower star hotel which you will have to pay taxis fares for (which you will not get any compensation for) & not the mention the non existent customer service, good luck

On the 26/07/2016 I contacted 321 Travel to book a holiday, I spoke to a representative who originally booked a holiday to Rhodes, Greece for 7 nights all inclusive, including flights, all inclusive hotel, transfers and one 20kg baggage allowance for 2 people. May I say how inaccurate your post is.

The fact is that you were awarded a claim because there was no defence made in relation to your allegations. This was because you incorrectly tried to claim against a company that does not exist. As a result the courts cannot send defence papers to a company that does not exist. Like any other person using the British judicial service it is a minimum requirement that you claim against a company that actually exists and that then allows them to defend and counterclaim against you. You will never be able to enforce a judgement against something that does not exist. - thats just the law i'm afraid

Similarly you cannot accuse someone of being guilty of all charges when there has been no hearing or defence issued......

I think that explains and details your absurd post....perhaps you should have the full facts before you accuse

So if you know who this person is and where he lives surely you would advise the name of the company that needs to be trying to defend themselves against the claim, try ringing the partner as you have her number, after many calls and emails, and trading standards being involved, you still it seems are hiding and stating that the company does not exist, so if it does not exist why does paperwork get sent out to people via emails to present to the hotels and holiday transportation companies, and if it does not exist why advertise, please advise who the company is that is responsible for not answering to the claims made against them

Please do not make accusations that you cannot substantiate. No one is hiding - quite the opposite - but we are not at fault if you cannot work out the company that you have an issue with and subsequently pay to take a PO Box to court?!? You will have been sent the full details of the company your receipt and it is obvious with whom you should direct any actions you take. At this point you will need to pay again for the process to restart - but please be aware we will rigorously have any action defended by our solicitors and will subsequently seek full reimbursement of costs.

Alternatively if you wish to call our team to explain your issues perhaps we will able to help and discover why you feel so aggrieved
