Used 321 Travel to book flights for 16 people to Lanzarote for christmas. The names were not correct on the tickets so we contacted them several times to get them changed, but they didnt want to do it. they just kept saying that it would be ok. ( the womens tickets had MR on them and the surnames were spelt incorrect as well. I have used online travel companies in the past such as onthebeach.co.uk and Expedia and I understand that not everyone always has a great experience. So when I read the horrible reviews on 321 travel I took them with a pinch of salt. BIG MISTAKE! This company lied to me about which airport I was flying from (Booked from Aberdeen - informed a week later there was no flights). Booked a cruise with 321 travel...never again. Asked for an additional £300 at time of paying balance..said flights weren't included in advertised price. Used my bank card details to pay for flights without seeking my permission..they had my details whenever I paid the deposit 3 days prior to this. Take my advice book your holiday with a travel agent who will send you confirmation of booking etc. This company have many failings..I could write lots!!! (read more)

I made the booking and of course the payment and was told that I would receive an e mail of the booking that day. It did not arrive and I called them the following morning. I was told that there was a 'problem ' there was only 1 seat available on the flight. They then told me he could get flights from airport just up the road which turned out to be 30 miles away and meant my son would have to drive havng only a few hours sleep before doing a 12 hour shift. Promises made, and always broken. Don't use unless you record phone calls or get everything confirmed in writing. We had a holiday taken to give father 86 repite from looking after mum who has dementia. Because of 321 travel Dad did not get the rest he throughly deserved and needed, and they will not reply to our requests for compensation and return of overpayment for a room that we didn't get. This company is an absolute joke . Book a weekend away and this is now the 4 th holiday we are in.as funnily enough the first holiday we booked you took the money right awaysaid confirmation would be sent and nothing .wethen rang back up to be told there wasnt enough seats on flight!! Then I got through to 321 travel and I must say they were very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted aswell. They probably paid a lot more for the direct flight! The only reason you would be going in direct was because it would be cheaper and no doubt you didnt want to pay anymore.

321 travel organised a holiday to Gran canaria for us flying from Bounmouth airport. A day later they contacted us and said the flight was cancelled and could we travel from Bristol airport. To let you know what I Should have got
A family holiday from gatwick , all luggage included and direct flights
What I ended up with
A family holiday flying from Stansted (101 miles away)
Non direct flights (8 hours instead of 4)
Hand luggage only ( great when you have a baby)
And costing £140 more than advertised

Booked with 321 travel, next day phoned to say the flights were for wrong airport, so I paid extra for the airport I wanted. There was £18 pound agency bonding fee per person as the man said when I finished booking. When I got email it was £18 pound per flight per person making an extra £72 on holiday, this was not explained like that, so holiday worked out a lot more expensive, could defiantly got it cheaper. Rung these guys to check on a holiday that had been advertised for the past 3 days at the same price. Upon speaking to the guy at 321 was told that there were no flights left unless i wanted to pay an extra £90pp for the privilege..and go from Stanstead - i didnt. When i asked why the holiday was still being advertised if there were no flights available from the airports shown, he told me that the "system" only gets updated every 4 hours...so obviously i must just have missed... I got the exact same excuses and reasons they must be reading from a book! the 1 seat left dilemma and T&C's read out that doesn't actually explain anything!
i now also flying from Portugal to Brussels to Manchester when it was originally confirmed i would be flying there and back from Portugal via Birmingham till there was only one seat left on our flight! outrageous company... no twitter either which shows they cant handle the abuse they get!
